This Cookie Policy explains how The MCS Agency LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on themcsagency.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The short version: we keep things minimal. We use only what is needed to make the site and our tools work. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a site save information on your device. Both let a site remember things, such as whether you are signed in, between pages or visits.

Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver pages securely and protect the site from abuse.
Third-party services
When you leave our site, for example to book a time on Calendly or visit our LinkedIn or Facebook pages, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control those cookies.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add privacy-friendly analytics or any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting them.
How to control cookies
Because the cookies and storage we use are needed for features to work, there is no cookie banner on our site. You can still control them through your browser:
- Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and site data in their privacy or security settings.
- Clearing site data for themcsagency.com removes your saved Digital Toolkit progress and signs you out of the client work hub.
- If you block all cookies, the client work hub sign-in will not work.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our services, tools or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as a notice on the site or an email to clients. Continuing to use the site after an update means the updated Cookie Policy applies.
